I have a passion for helping people and teaching people about their bodies. It’s imperative to care for our bodies so we have long, healthy lives AND also make informed decisions about our health and wellness.

I have extensive background in human physiology, nutrition, and kinesiology. After graduating from Bastyr University with my Bachelors in Integrated Human Biology with a minor in Anatomy and Physiology, I went on to work in physical therapy as a Certified Rehab Specialist. Here, I had the opportunity to work within the Seattle community and teach patients about their injuries, their anatomy, and how to better care for their bodies to prevent further injuries. While working in the clinic, I completed my Master’s in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, where we learned about the complex care of chronic diseases and also the prevention & mitigation of chronic health issues. Because health isn’t just the absence of disease, but the optimization of health!

After this experience, I started my own business in personal training, nutrition guidance, and hormonal wellness. I loved working with individuals and small groups where we could connect on a deeper level and learn each of their bodies fully. I always say, I’m your health’s personal assistant, and it’s totally true. I enjoy being that reminder to prioritize your health, to rest and recharge, to focus on wellness instead of pushing to burning out, and to encourage making better decisions towards a healthy now and future self. I was given an opportunity to practice this in the Silicon Valley, among tech giants, high-level athletes, and everyone in between. This experience was incredible for working with every body type, every personality type, and every goal possible. It was here I discovered my interest in prenatal/perinatal/postnatal care and support, after working with pregnant and postnatal clients, and supporting them through pregnancy and the recovery from pregnancy itself. I became certified as a Prenatal/Postnatal Strengthening Coach, and enjoy empowering women throughout their pregnancy and beyond.


My Approach

To address health, it’s important to first look at the basics and keep it simple. Consistency is the most powerful tool in any health change, and celebrating the small wins along the way helps to keep motivated and interested in the process.

Postpartum Doula and lactation support

Offering in-home postpartum doula and lactation support, including nutrition guidance and postnatal rehab program for a quick recovery. In-home personal training

Now offering in-home and remote training, including fully remote online programming, hybrid programming (once a month in-person training session with online programming), and in-home private training sessions. Functional medicine nutrition

Offering remote nutrition consultations and packages, to include macro guidance, strategy guidance, hormonal health, and gut health.
